Our Workshops

To register for the workshop, go to our online store and choose your workshop.

You will be asked to pay in full to reserve your spot for the workshop.

Workshops are a rain or shine event and are non-refundable.

Workshops at the Farm

Our workshops are on the farm and very hands-on. We want everyone to have a fun, relaxing, creative and learning experience. No background is needed - just bring your enthusiasm! Most workshops are suitable for 13 years old and up. Workshops for younger guests will be specified in the workshop description. Those attendees that are less than 16 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult to participate in the workshop. Workshops will be 2-3 hours in length and will supply everything you need to create your own stunning arrangement or wreath. The number of attendees for the workshop will be between 5-15 depending on the project. If less than 5 attendees are registered 48hrs before the workshop, the workshop may be cancelled and refunds provided.

Where is the workshop going to be held?

The workshops will take place in our new "Hide-away Pavillion". Our farm address is 2170 Martha's Chapel Rd Apex, NC 27523.

What is included in the workshop?

Reusable specialty container, canvas or wreath mechanic.
All the tools you will need for trimming, binding and/or adhering flowers or greenery.
Fresh flowers, greenery and herbs from the farm applicable to the workshop. If any of these materials are remaining, participants are welcome to take them home.
Colorful embellishments, bows and decorations specific to the type of workshop.
Light snacks and seasonal beverages.

When should I arrive and where will I park?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time of the workshop. Parking will be in the lot closest to our tree field and direction signs will be displayed.

What should I bring?

Your creative mind!
Comfortable clothes and shoes. The Pavillion is not temperature controlled but we do have fans and heaters so please wear appropriate attire.
Bring a box to secure your arrangement on your trip home or plastic to lay your wreath on.
Note, if you have severe bee/wasp/ant sting reactions, workshops that include U-Pick flowers may not be for you. Bees are really not interested in stinging people while they have flowers around but there is always a chance. Flower and Christmas Tree farms are quite literally buzzing with bees and other pollinators…and that is a good thing!

What happens if there is a severe weather occurance?

If severe weather is forecasted during the time of the workshop, the workshop will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

Holiday 2026

Wreath workshops will be available in November and December. Registration will open late October. Join our skilled farmers as they guide you in crafting an exquisite Christmas wreath while you learn the artistry of transforming greenery into stunning festive decor. The wreath workshop includes beautiful greenery, decorations, a bow, and made with a wreath ring and wire that will finish to an 18-26in diameter wreath that will fit perfectly on most common sized doors.

Twilight at the Farm Events

Escape the heat and join us in the evening for a Twilight at the Farm event. A magical experience where cooler evening temperatures create the perfect setting for family fun and relaxation. Gather at our pavilion and courtyard while the kids play and you relax with yummy refreshments. Set against the vibrant backdrop of our flower farm and serene Christmas tree groves in the Apex area, this event offers a delightful mix of activities for all ages, bathed in the soft glow of dusk. Make it a family outing, a girl's night out, or a couple's date night!

Pick your own flowers

Stroll through our colorful fields in the refreshing evening air and craft your own bouquet from a variety of fresh, seasonal blooms, perfect for bringing home or gifting. We recommend bringing a vase to transport your fresh arrangement home in water. Flower picking is $25 per pitcher-full of flowers. Tools for picking are provided.

Kid's play area and barrel train ride

Let the kids enjoy our safe, fun-filled play area, designed to spark joy and imagination while the cooler evening breeze keeps everyone comfortable.

Delight in a whimsical train ride through the farm, offering children a fun and scenic adventure under the twilight sky. Kid's activities are free.

Complement your evening with a selection of local favorites:

Wine from Cloer Family Vineyards – Enjoy pours of their award-winning, locally grown North Carolina wines.
Custom Charcuterie Boards – Build your own board featuring North Carolina cheeses and meats, perfect for sharing as you relax.

Outside food or beverages are not allowed.

Unwind with a leisurely walk through colorful flower fields and fragrant Christmas trees, enjoying the cooler evening air.

Sit in our courtyard, by the pond, or on the flower porch and take in the stunning sunset views.

Purchase an event ticket at the link above. This is a limited entry event.
All adults and children 13yo and above will need to purchase an event ticket.
Children 12yo and under are free.
All attendees with a ticket will receive a $4 voucher to spend toward a purchase of flowers or refreshments (excludes Cloer products)
