Welcome to the Farm Venue

The Hideaway pavilion and courtyard

Tucked into the trees at Jordan Lake Farms, this space was designed for gathering. From children’s birthday parties to meetings, classes, and relaxed evening events, the Hideaway Pavilion offers a beautiful, flexible setting for every season of life.

Each rental includes a thoughtfully prepared setup and access to the farm setting, helping gatherings feel easy, unhurried, and memorable. Whether you’re planning something playful, creative, or celebratory, there’s an option designed to fit your plans. It’s a place where kids can play, guests can linger, and hosts can truly enjoy the moment.

The Venue

Included in all rentals:

The Pavilion is a 2500 sq foot facility that includes a full kitchen, grill, 2 restrooms, patio lounge furniture, sound system with bluetooth connections, wi-fi and microphone.  Depending on the event, table and chairs or picnic tables will be set up.

The Courtyard is a 4000 sq foot outdoor area with both paver and turf surfaces.  It includes 4 outdoor seating arrangements with umbrellas and a firepit area with 8 Adirondak chairs.  

The Kid's Play Area is highlighted by 2 play towers with slides, swings and climbing walls.  See-saws, tractor, and various recreational balls are available.  Bounce House is available for an additional fee.

Event Options

 Kid's Party (children 13 and under) are 3 hours:

  • Rate is $300 for up to 75 guests.
  • For Kid's parties, 5 picnic tables will be set up.  Decorations and table linens are not provided.  You are welcome to bring decorations specific to the theme of your party.  Nails, duct tape and any other very sticky adhesives are not allowed.  No glitter or confetti type items allowed.  
  • At least one party attendant will be available to help park and direct guests to the event area.
  • Party guests are asked to stay in the event area.  Only limited access to farm fields is allowed.

Flower Party (appropriate for adults and children 12 and older) are 3 hours:

  • Rate is $450 for 10-15 guests.  Available mid-June through September.
  • Additional guests up to a maximum of 25 are allowed at a rate of $20/additional guest.
  • Includes 5 picnic tables, a U-Pick pitcher-full of flowers for each guest, tools for cutting flowers, and tour of the flower field.
  • At least one party attendant will be available to help park and direct guests to the event area.
  • Party guests are asked to stay in the event area.  Only limited access to farm fields is allowed.

Event Rental  

(Rental rates are for Friday-Sunday.  Monday-Thursday are 20% off.)

  • 4 hour rental.  The rate is $600 for up to 75 guests and $800 for 76-150 guests. 
  • 6 hour (half-day) rental. The rate is $900 for up to 75 guests and $1200 for 76-150 guests.
  • 12 hours (full-day) rental. The rate is $1800 for up to 75 guests and $2400 for 76-150 guests.
  • Tables will have white linens and battery-operated lanterns.  You are welcome to bring other decorations and use any decorations that we have in stock.
  • Depending on the size of the event, at least two party attendants will be available to help park and direct guests to the event area.
  • Party guests are asked to stay in the event area.  Only limited access to farm fields is allowed.

Additions to your event

Items available to add to your event for an additional fee include

  • Bounce House
  • Hayride or Kid's barrel train
  • Concessions (popcorn, slushies, or mini doughnuts)
  • Pole Heaters, fire table (part of lounge set), fire pit
  • 2 - 85in TVs for movies, videos, presentations, etc.
  • 2 corn-hole game sets are available at no charge (upon request)
