Reservations

Reservations for the 2025 season will open the first week of November.   The Wednesday before Thanksgiving (11/26/24), Thanksgiving weekend, Friday thru Sunday (11/28-30 2025) and the first weekend of December, Saturday-Sunday (12/6-7/25).  You will only need to make a reservation for your vehicle, not the number of people in your group.  Please note, reservations are required even if picking up a previously tagged tree. 

Although reservations are not required for other days, we will be monitoring the number of visiting guests and may periodically close the farm to entry if we feel customer service is affected and parking is an issue.  We appreciate your patience as we work to provide the best experience possible to our farm guests.

Also NOTE:  These weekends are NOT open for photographer sessions.  Photographers, please review the process outlined on our Photographer page for more information.

Reservations for Thanksgiving weekend and the first weekend in December will be available between the hours of 8am to 6:00pm in 1hr and 15min sessions.  Session start times are:  8am, 9:15am, 10:30am, 11:45pm, 1pm, 2:15pm, 3:30pm and 4:45pm.  Reservations on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving will be available between 9:30am - 1:30pm in 1hr sessions.  These reservations are RAIN or SHINE.  You may reschedule your session to an open reservation time slot but we cannot allow admission outside of your reserved time if reservations are full.

NOTE:  When making reservations please remember that the play area, hayrides and Choose and Cut Field close at 5pm (we stop cutting trees by 5:15pm).

The reservation system has been simplified:

• There will be a couple of information pages to click through by selecting "Next".
• You will come to a "Time" screen that will allow you to pick the day and session you like.  Note that you will be able to see how many "seats" (i.e. reservation slots) are still available.
• Enter the name and email of the person making a reservation for the group on the "Your Information" page.
• If you need to add an additional vehicle to your reservation, scroll to the bottom of the "Your Information" page and enter. 
• Once you complete the "Your Information" page, you will get a notice of completion with the details of your reservation and a confirmation email.  When you arrive at the farm, you will need to show us your email confirmation so we can verify your reservation time.

Guests will be allowed to enter the farm 15min before and up to 30min after the start of their reservation time (if you arrive later, you will not be able to enter).  Example:  If your reservation is from 9:15am-10:30am, you may arrive between 9am and 9:45am.  We ask that all guests please exit the farm by the end of their reservation time so other guests can enter.

Yes, you will be able to reschedule or cancel your reservation on your own.  

• Go to your confirmation email and click the link sent by TimeTap to modify your reservation.  You will receive an "Appointment Changed" email from TimeTap with your new reservation day/time OR and "Appointment Cancelled" if you cancelled your reservation.
• If you do need to cancel, please complete the cancellation in the system as there are other guests who are looking for availability to come to the farm.

We will allow walk-ins during reservation time slots at are not filled.  We may also allow walk-ins 30-45mins after the start of a session depending on parking and staff availability only.  Please note that even if our parking lot looks open, we are expecting a full lot with the next reservation time and will not be able to allow walk-ins if the next reservation start time is within 20mins of your arrival to the farm.

The farm may close due to inclement weather and will post such closing on our facebook page.  This would be a rare occurrence.  Remember, reservations are free and can be cancelled if needed.
