Personal Summer Cut Flower Garden Collection
Have you ever wanted to walk out to your yard and have a beautiful flower garden that allows you to create your own personal flower bouquets week after week? Let us help with our curated summer flower garden collection. This collection will include 25 potted plants and 5 dahlia tubers to fill a 25-30 squared foot area. A sample planting guide and plant information will be included. Great gift for that special someone or for Mom on Mother's Day.

DescriPTION
All plants are grown from seed in our greenhouse. We select the strongest seedlings for each collection, so they are robust and ready to go right into your planting beds. The exact mix of plants in this collection will be determined in the spring once we see how everything germinates, but all will be good for sun/part-sun and average soil conditions. All make excellent cut flowers and foliage for your own backyard bouquets.
What's included
The following are some possible plants that will be selected. All are “cutting” varieties, meaning they get nice, long stems that are perfect for making bouquets:
- Sunflower (branching variety that will rebloom)
- Zinnia
- Ageratum
- Gomphrena
- Mountain Mint
- Herbs (Basil, Sage, Dill)
- Celosia
- Amaranth
- Cosmos
- Dahlia (the collection comes with 5 dahlia tubers)
Varieties included in the collection will vary from season to season based on what thrives as we sow our seeds. Each collection may not all be identical.
We reserve the right to substitute varieties as needed.
Ordering
SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE.
Orders may be placed from February 23rd through March 31, 2024.
Plants will be ready for pick up Mother’s Day weekend, Friday and Saturday May 10 & 11, 2024 from 9-12noon at the farm and on Saturday, May 11th from 8-12noon at the Apex Farmer’s Market. This will be the perfect time for planting straight into the garden. When you place your order, you will be able to select your pick-up day and location.
No refunds are available once your order has been placed. We spend several months growing these plants and put them on reserve once you’ve placed your order. Therefore, we cannot offer any refunds if you are unable to pick up your seedlings.
